Wooser (うーさー) is the brainchild of Supercell designer Usa Yoshiki (宇佐義大) and in its short existence has garnered much adoration from fans for being small, furry and yellow. But there is a darker force in the Wooser world, and that would be the subject of today's post, Darth Wooser. DW presented by CHANxCO from insidEBox brings together 26 artists to illustrate Darth Wooser in all her glory.

No doubt from reading the title, some of you are thinking, "Wait, you've already reviewed this one!" Well, I assure you I'm not that forgetful, and as it turns out, good things come in twos. Girls With Cameras/A Pictorial Book is the second art book to come out on the cameras theme this year. And though it's a hard fought battle, I think this new Megami Magazine production is the better of the two pictorial books.

IGNITION - redjuicegraphics works portfolio 2009-2010 was released during Comiket 78 and includes a full color collection of the artist's illustrations from the past year. While Redjuice's releases have been consistently high quality, and lengthier than the average doujinshi, IGNITION tops them all with a full 56-pages of illustrations on an A4, art book sized presentation.

Dengeki Daioh GENESIS is a new comic-focused magazine that comes out quarterly like Gelatin. The first issue came out January 2010, and also like Gelatin the comics featured inside are original, and oftentimes meant to be "one shot" features done by popular artists. But unlike Gelatin, this phone-book thick magazine includes only monochrome comics. So why the interest? The original magazine exclusive posters by artists like Redjuice and Kishida Mel, of course.

Quarterly GELATIN magazine has now been running for a full year, so I guess they decided it's a good time to shake things up. Gone is the almost impossible to unfold poster of the cover art work, and in its place are three pin-up illustrations by three different artists. I think I'll be liking this magazine more with this new addition, I'd guess most people after full color comics would appreciate some extra art work as well.
